As part of this dynamic group, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and employees, offering guidance and resolving issues across our digital services, software, hardware, and other technical products. Your Impact:

  • Oversee SIAM Operations: Lead end-to-end monitoring of our SIAM Operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery across both in-house IT and external supplier networks.
  • Champion Quality Support: Take charge of daily operations to deliver proactive, high-quality support, prioritizing an exceptional experience for every customer.
  • Manage Support Cases: Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases with a focus on quick and precise resolution, minimizing disruptions to bank operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Incident Management & Prevention: Thoroughly manage incidents by documenting details, analysing root causes, and implementing preventive measures to enhance long-term reliability.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with key departments - software development, data engineering, IT, third-party providers, and product development - to elevate system functionality and the user experience.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Seek continuous improvement opportunities in technical support, leveraging feedback, tech advancements, and innovative solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track support performance against KPIs, ensuring that targets are met and service quality remains consistently high.

What makes you a great fit?

  • Educational Background: MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2+ years in Infrastructure Services, with hands-on experience in SIAM methodologies and familiarity with ITSM/SIAM tools.
  • Technical Skills:

-Skilled in monitoring modern Cloud infrastructures and managing workflows across multiple systems.

-Proficient in SQL, with experience in application support and monitoring tools.

-Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols.

  • Mindset & Approach: You bring both a reactive and proactive mindset, able to swiftly address issues while tackling root causes to improve long-term service quality.
  • Language Skills: Native or bilingual proficiency in English; German is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Strengths: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sensitivity to cultural nuances that support effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Work Style: Self-motivated and a true team player who excels in dynamic environments, able to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
