Responsable Ressources Humaines / HR Business Partner

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and newly joined customers, helping them understand how Coface Business Information solutions can benefit them.
  • Support clients with Business Information contracts and foster long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Assist sales and marketing in developing growth and acquisition strategies, positioning offers, managing leads, and providing activity feedback.
  • Handle back-office responsibilities and actively support the Sales and Account Management teams in Oerlikon and Lausanne with administrative tasks related to offers and contracts.
  • Gather and prepare requirement information to manage the proof of concept process with the pre-sales department.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to prepare price indications.
  • Ensure and monitor compliance requirements (KYC, KYI, UBO) for new and existing business in collaboration with our shared service center abroad.
  • Control, report, and manage customer consumption.
  • Provide various support functions in sales, marketing, and project management.
  • Monitor and support the invoicing process with our shared service center abroad.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Education :

  • Higher education degree (business school or university).
  • Proficiency with IT tools: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management within service sales.
  • Fluent in French, German, and English; proficiency in another language (e.g., Italian) is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, supportive, and client-focused.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines, approaching problems independently, flexibly, systematically, and proactively.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Creative, innovative, and passionate about driving sales with a hunter approach.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
