DevOps Engineer Energy / Data Science / AI - Geneva

We are recruiting a Senior DevOps Engineer for a commodity trader working as a DevOps Engineer/ Platform Engineer.

The Role:

• Be part of a global team responsible for platform maintenance, operations and strategic roadmap
• Help build and operate our CI/ CD technical landscape
• Work with Software Development teams, supporting the build and operation (CI / CD artefacts)
• Work with Cyber Security team to ensure security is maintained
• Work with our Cloud Engineers, integrating cloud resource creation into application deployment processes
• Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines CI/CD

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical experience building and operating CI/CD platforms in one of: .NET and Python environments
• 3+ years of experience of operating and supporting global bespoke and/or commercial platforms
• 2+ years of automation experience working within an AWS Cloud Hybrid environment
• Exposure to both Windows and Linux environments
• Automation experience: Jenkins, Terraform, Gitlab/Github, ECS
• Experience operating (one or more): Kafka, Redis, Atlassian Suite, Elastic, Datadog, ActiveBatch or Control-M
• Preferred development experience of cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
• Excellent English oral and written skills
