Our client is a global multinational in the packaging industry.
Location
Any location in Poland (home-office based)
This is a newly created individual contributor role, reporting into a new Sales Organisation in Europe, focusing on Food Retailers and Private Label Food Producers.
The position is home-based and covers the entire Polish territory.
The main responsibilities include:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence in Poland.
- Identify New Opportunities: Seek out new areas of growth and opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, address concerns, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget for the region, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments like R&D, Marketing, and Operations to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Candidate Profile:
We seek candidates with extensive experience in the food packaging market, serving clients among food retailers and private label producers, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
Educational qualifications should include a degree or equivalent in business administration, sales, marketing, or similar fields.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
