Reporting to the Group CEO

The Role

As the Head of Group Communications & Public Affairs at Hupac Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy across institutional and internal communications. You will ensure that all communication channels are used effectively while managing and analyzing the allocated budget.

Key responsibilities include

  • Overseeing media relations and fostering relationships with institutions and industry associations.
  • Defining and communicating the company’s political positions on relevant matters.
  • Designing, implementing, and overseeing various communication tools, including digital platforms, corporate brochures, advertising campaigns, exhibitions, events, and newsletters.
  • Promoting effective internal communication, supporting management, legal entities, and different departments in optimizing communication methodologies and processes.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • A degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in corporate and institutional communications, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and internal communications.
  • Proven experience in budget and resource management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German, Italian, and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing, sales copywriting, and social media.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a professional understanding of crisis management.
