As a strategic leader, you will refine processes, enhance tools, and help shape the company's transition from hardware to SaaS and end-to-end solutions provider, leveraging our strong market position in drone surveying and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, mentor, and guide a diverse team of software engineers to achieve high performance and growth.
• Own the end-to-end software development process, from requirements gathering to delivery, promoting continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and growth sessions, providing constructive feedback.
• Build strong cross-team relationships and ensure seamless collaboration internally and with external contractors.
• Cultivate a team culture focused on collaboration, transparency, and excellence.
• Champion best practices in software development, including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality assurance.
• Manage cross-functional projects, plan roadmaps with the product owner, and communicate priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and mentoring.
• Proficiency in modern web stacks: Node.js, React, Terraform, AWS (or similar).
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with C++ and Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software delivery practices.
