IT Operations Support Specialist (End-User Services) - German speaking - immediately available - (Ref. 2558)
Europe – Pharmaceutical Industry – 12 months temporary contract
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery and ongoing improvement of IT support services to all end-users within the organization. This role focuses on operational excellence, process optimization, and high-quality service delivery, in collaboration with our US team. The role will report to the VP It International.
- Onboarding of new employees, including training, hardware delivery, and support for end-users on the initial days of work
- Coordinate daily IT support operations for end-user devices and applications with our vendors
- Monitor and manage first and second-level incidents and service request queues to ensure timely resolution
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues related to end-user services
- Maintain and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and optimize support processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues and implement solutions
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle for end-user equipment
- Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, FAQs, and user guides
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within end-user support
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing IT operations in the pharmaceutical industry
- Agile, independent, and result-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in German and English is a must
