The Communications & Investor Relations Specialist work is focused on supporting Comms & IR in the positioning of the company towards the financial community and other relevant stakeholders such as media or internally. The goal is to create a consistent and credible brand and increase the brand equity by communicating in an integrated manner a coherent equity story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating the financial performance and broader strategic direction of the organization (e.g., investor news releases, analyst presentations, fact sheets, etc.) and coordinating investor relations events (e.g., earnings releases, investor/shareholder calls and meetings, capital markets day, etc.)
• Project management regarding full and half year report
• Monitoring and drafting investment community analyses on company performance/benchmarking, industry and competitor analysis, investor profiling, etc.
• Complying with securities laws/regulations (e.g., stock exchange filings, proxy statements, etc.)
• Integrated communications approach: integrating equity story in medmix’ positioning (website, media releases, social media, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, etc.
• First experience in finance or corporate communications, or investor relations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Business Fluent English; German knowledge would be an advantage.

Location: Baar, Switzerland, with flexible working model.
