Job Description:

For our client, one of the leaders in the Engineering sector in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) 100%, with sound working experience in a multicultural and international working environment, hence will work cross-functionally, with peers and employees on a global remit.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you have the opportunity to manage and contribute on the full range of HR life cycle processes and projects, working closely with all levels of the organization, and make a real impact in the company. You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating employee relationships (performance, training, etc.)
  • Participating in the optimization, design and implementation of HR tools and processes to improve efficiency
  • Overseeing full compliance to HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline
  • Managing and monitoring all HR Processes
  • Supporting the clients in a challenging and changing business environment

You have a Bachelor/Master in Human Resources or related fields and you bring with you at least 6 years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international environment. You also offer:

  • Previous experience in the Engineering field industry
  • Good knowledge of all HR operational processes and experience in managing the full recruitment & staffing process
  • Proven record of defining and implementing new processes and organizational changes
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law and regulations
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to relate and influence people at all levels
  • Multi-tasking, proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented
  • Business fluency in written and spoken German and English is a must; knowledge of French would be an asset
