UI/UX Designer (focus mobile apps)

With CARE’s digital health platform, we offer scalable solutions that go far beyond traditional prevention. Our app enables preventive health monitoring, supports self-management, and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Regular health checks and risk factor analyses help detect potential issues early and prevent long-term costs.

Tasks

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in defining the design direction of our CARE App and digital ecosystem. We are looking for a world-class UI/UX designer who understands how to blend aesthetics, usability, and data-driven design to create an engaging experience that people love to use.

You will:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our app, from concept to execution.
• Craft intuitive, visually appealing UI while ensuring optimal usability and accessibility.
• Build and maintain a design system that scales across multiple platforms.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, Framer (or similar tools) to bring concepts to life.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and health experts to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research & usability testing to refine and optimize design solutions.
• Translate complex health data into easy-to-understand visualizations that empower users.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and designing functional, high-performing mobile apps.
• Mastery of Figma (and ideally tools like Framer, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and present your work with confidence.
• Experience in designing complex data-driven applications.
• Ability to translate user needs into intuitive, high-impact design solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you take ownership, think strategically, and proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and user experience.
• Passion for health tech and innovation.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• A creative problem-solver with a growth mindset, high adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience collaborating with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Knowledge in Behavioral Change Design and Data Visualization is a plus.
