This position involves working in a dynamic IT support team, handling complex incident resolution, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of IT infrastructure and support processes.

Responsibilities

1. Resolve complex (2nd / 3rd level) hardware and software issues in German and English via tickets, phone, email, and chat.
2. Prepare and provision IT components and hardware such as laptops, thin clients, and mobile devices.
3. Participate actively in agile team organization and process improvements.
4. Create and maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and policies.
5. Contribute to special projects and task forces as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or Business Informatics, or completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (EFZ) or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in IT support, with strong skills in Windows and Linux systems, and configuration/deployment of network switches.
• Leadership qualities, high responsibility, initiative, and good self-management.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with MS Entra, MS SQL, MS Exchange, software deployment, and MDM.
• Knowledge of hyperconverged environments, XDR solutions, and collaboration/telephony solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, multitasking, and SLA management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment; eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus.
• Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Swiss German, French, or Portuguese is beneficial.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours for projects or emergencies.
