Are you proactive, flexible, and service-oriented? To support our Federation Management department, we are looking for a Stagiaire universitaire Gestion des fédérations (80-100%) for a 12-month period, starting on August 1, 2025, or a date to be agreed upon.

Your responsibilities include

You will mainly work within the framework of the "Club Management" program, a training designed for members of sports club executive committees. In this context, various tasks are to be performed across different areas:

• Review and check existing documents for use in courses, online training, and the online library.
• Control and evaluate new documents intended for the library, ensuring compliance with the graphic charter.
• Contribute to the development of training content for the Swiss Olympic Academy.
• Provide advice and assistance to participants during training sessions.
• Offer support and guidance to participating federations.
• Participate in "Club Management" program events.
• Ensure monthly follow-up and support the preparation of the annual report.

Qualifications

• You hold or are about to obtain a degree in sports management, business management, human sciences, and/or communication from a university or a university of applied sciences.
• You demonstrate strong networking skills, are communicative, and enjoy teamwork.
• You are proficient in MS Office suite.
• Volunteer experience in Swiss sports is an asset.
• You speak fluently one of the four national languages and have very good knowledge of German and French.

Work environment

We offer you an exciting and varied position in a sports environment. Your workspace is located in an open-space office in Ittigen near Bern. Part of your work can be done remotely. We are a young and dynamic team committed to Swiss sports.
