Lab Specialist - Tanta

Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a Lab Specialist to oversee the receipt program for raw materials and conduct calibration activities as per schedule. The role also involves performing various laboratory tests and experiments to support research and development initiatives.

• Implement the receipt program following standard operating procedures.
• Prepare solutions and chemicals required for laboratory tests.
• Monitor procedures related to raw material tracking.
• Conduct internal calibration and coordinate external calibration services.
• Ensure compliance with product protection and safety protocols.
• Implement quality, food safety, occupational safety, health, environmental, and energy management standards.

A: Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Science or related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

B: Training

• Calibration and operation of laboratory instruments, raw material receipt, and solution preparation.
• Testing and treatment processes for raw water.
• Testing methods for finished products.
• Syrup preparation techniques for final beverages.
• Awareness of quality, food safety, occupational health, environmental, and energy requirements.

C: Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Precision in conducting analyses and tests.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Fluency in English.
