Your Role

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of the core banking system and other in-house developed applications. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of automated test cases.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop automated test scripts based on provided specifications.
• Continuously expand the scope of automation.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of automated test cases.
• Execute test cases and perform thorough analysis and validation.
• Improve the automation framework.
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of CI/CD processes.

Your Profile

• Higher education (university/FH) in IT or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certification/education in IT System Administration, System Engineering, or related courses.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in Test Automation.
• Strong understanding of programming language fundamentals.
• Experience in the banking sector is an advantage; experience with Avaloq is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL; knowledge of system architectures, APIs, and PL/SQL is beneficial.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, and microservice architectures will allow you to grow into new challenges over time.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with users at all levels of the business.
