Hobson Prior is seeking a Global Trial Lead to oversee and manage the operational aspects of clinical trials. You will focus on leading diverse teams and ensuring successful trial execution. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication skills.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all parts of clinical trials.
• Lead and support teams from different backgrounds and areas.
• Work with external service providers and handle their performance and budgets.
• Use electronic systems for data capture and trial management.
• Communicate effectively in English and understand cultural differences.
• Attend international meetings as needed.
  
  

Key Skills And Requirements

• Degree in life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience in managing complex clinical trials.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and handle challenges.
• Familiarity with electronic data systems and trial management tools.
• Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines and computer skills.
