Proclinical is seeking a Medical Affairs Lead dedicated to supporting diabetes at our client's facility. This role involves applying medical and scientific expertise to support diabetes care products, collaborating with various departments to develop business strategies, and coordinating educational programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical and scientific expertise in diabetes to support product development and marketing.
  • Partner with management to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs and educational courses for staff.
  • Conduct internal medical and scientific activities and build professional relationships.
  • Coordinate advisory boards and oversee clinical research initiatives.
  • Develop and present medical and scientific content at conferences.
  • Collaborate with regional and global medical affairs teams.
  • Customize and implement documents and programs for local needs.
  • Plan and manage special events and initiatives for the Academy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Licensed physician or scientist with a relevant doctoral degree.
  • Extensive clinical experience in diabetes and industry experience in pharmaceuticals or medical technology.
  • Deep knowledge of diabetology and a strong professional network.
  • Strong strategic and business planning skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and technology.
  • Team-oriented with innovative thinking.
  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is preferred, Italian is optional.
