As a Structures Specialist Composite, you will perform component maintenance and composite repair activities (tests, repairs, overhauls, modifications) in accordance with work instructions and regulations, considering time, cost, and quality.

Your tasks

• Perform testing, composite repairs, modifications, and overhauls of aircraft components in compliance with CMM, work instructions, and shop orders
• Ensure all work complies with instructions and regulatory requirements
• Execute repairs based on customer orders and work scopes
• Focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality
• Maximize productivity through workload management
• Follow standard practices, processes, and quality guidelines
• Adhere to safety regulations and workplace policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles
• Work in a two-shift system

Your profile

• Qualification in aircraft composite repair and maintenance or similar technical apprenticeship in composite materials
• Strong communication skills in English
• Independent, precise, and detail-oriented work style
• Open-minded and adaptable personality
• Basic IT skills
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• Team player with collaborative mindset
