Role Overview

We are looking for a diligent and meticulous Marketing Campaign Associate to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of coordinated marketing campaigns. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of our dynamic team, collaborating across various Specialised Modalities to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and monitor coordinated marketing campaigns focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer relationships, including event planning, execution, and reporting.
2. Support inbound and outbound marketing tactics such as events, webinars, content marketing, and thought leadership to meet program goals.
3. Coordinate promotional outreach across channels including sales presentations, brochures, white papers, and SME content.
4. Manage site openings, customer events, virtual tours, and videography/photography collaborations.
5. Work with Brand management on media plans and messaging, coordinating with PR providers.
6. Develop digital programs with the Digital team, including landing pages and content management, and measure results.
7. Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
8. Build strong relationships with other CMO departments and Strategic Marketing teams.

1. Proven ability to handle change successfully and complete tasks efficiently.
2. Strong skills in branding, positioning, and campaign execution.
3. Excellent business, creative, and social skills.
4. Ability to foster brand advocacy among employees, partners, and vendors.
5. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of brand/data metrics and reporting.
6. Proactive, collaborative team player with an efficient approach.
7. Ability to manage relationships with multiple partners and vendors.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
