To ensure the successful and timely delivery of the User Hub project, we are looking for a dedicated Product Owner. This person will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the development backlog, coordinating team activities, and aligning the project timeline with business goals.

Note: This role requires working fully on-site.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Drive the delivery of a strategically important, customer-facing product.
  • Own and manage the product backlog for development sprints and iterations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and align development efforts with strategic goals.
  • Track progress and team velocity, validate new product increments, and maintain backlog transparency.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, maintainability) are prioritized.
  • Develop a deep understanding of end users’ needs and ensure those needs are met in the product.
  • Lead internal and external launch coordination of the new interface.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for all matters related to the User Hub project.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.
  • Establish product performance metrics to inform ongoing and future decisions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner for a digital, customer-facing platform.
  • 2–5 years of experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of C1 or higher.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies for software product development.
  • Takes ownership and enjoys responsibility.
  • Decisive and solution-oriented.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable handling technical details.
  • Ambitious and driven.
