It is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich, within the designated department, the Hourly-Based Support role assists the team with daily tasks while ensuring exceptional service for guests. This role reports to the Supervisor or Manager.

YOUR TASKS

As Steward Casual, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and storing cutlery, glassware, crockery, porcelain, and cooking utensils
• Cleaning all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors, and walls
• Proper handling and use of cleaning agents
• Proper use, care, and cleaning of all equipment used
• Disposing of waste according to company guidelines
• Proper storage, maintenance, and handling of equipment

As Housekeeping Casual, your responsibilities include:

• Carrying out uniform fittings and sewing work
• Receiving, checking, and delivering guest laundry
• Ensuring guest laundry is cleaned properly
• Sorting, cleaning, ironing, and packing guest laundry
• Managing and issuing hotel uniforms
• Supporting inventory management

YOUR PROFILE
