Company Description

Burckhardt Compression offers internships and part-time positions to give students practical experience in an international environment, particularly in Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Further develop existing processes and tools for the global supply chain
• Build a global KPI system based on local KPI systems
• Create global objectives and action plans for production sites
• Assist in budget planning (CAPEX/OPEX) with production sites
• Prepare process documentation for the global supply chain
• Support implementation of business plans and the 'Global Manufacturing Footprint' and 'Global Logistic Concept'
• Summarize and present results and thesis findings to management

Candidate Profile

• Students in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Processes
• Independent, reliable, with a structured work approach and creative solutions
• Good comprehension, resilience, and strong team skills
• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office; initial SAP experience is a plus
