We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management and experience with ServiceNow. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement identity and access management controls, concepts, and practices aligning with corporate goals and directives for LGT Capital Partners.
  2. Provide administration, operational support, and service delivery for Clear Skye, the firm's IGA solution built on ServiceNow.
  3. Develop new functionalities in Clear Skye / ServiceNow, including integrations with business applications using Web services (REST, SOAP) and maintain existing integrations (such as catalog items, custom flows, enterprise application connectors, user access reviews, etc.).
  4. Support security and compliance initiatives (e.g., ISMS, GDPR, Regulatory) to enhance security posture.
  5. Collaborate closely with key IAM stakeholders including HR, IT Operations, Application Management, Data Owners, IT Security, and IT GRC to define and implement efficient processes supported by technology.
  6. Manage and update system configurations, document processes, and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
  7. Handle IAM-related audit matters (ISAE-3402, Regulatory Audit, Internal Audit), including managing audit responses and implementing recommendations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or relevant fields with at least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  2. Hands-on experience with Enterprise IAM / IGA products and ServiceNow (experience with Clear Skye is a plus).
  3. Experience managing user lifecycle processes such as provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity Governance, user access reviews, password management, Role Based Access Control, etc.
  4. Familiarity with IAM standards and concepts like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Identity federation, Single Sign-on, Zero Trust, and enterprise directory architecture (Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID).
  5. Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented working style.
  6. Effective communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  7. Experience working with diverse stakeholders (business and technical).
  8. Experience in the financial industry is advantageous.
