As a Technical Director specializing in events dedicated to the luxury sector, galas, client experiences, and exhibition stands, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of top-tier projects. Working closely with creative and production teams, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, innovation, and client experience.

YOUR ROLE

• Design and coordinate immersive and impactful high-end events, blending creativity and innovation.
• Develop strong technical concepts, aligned with client identity and strategic event objectives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (designers, motion designers, videographers, creative technologists, technical production managers) to bring immersive concepts to life.
• Ensure technical excellence and innovation across all projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into high-value-added experiences.
• Stay on top of trends in design, digital art, and new technologies to incorporate them into projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 10 to 15 years in high-end event production, with a focus on luxury, digital, or immersive architecture.
• Mastery of contemporary technical languages and storytelling, with a strong sensitivity to luxury and innovation aesthetics.
• Ability to translate a technical vision into concrete, executable concepts.
• Natural leadership and ability to inspire a team, fostering collaboration and collective intelligence.
• Endless curiosity and a visionary mindset, constantly seeking new inspirations and trends.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and pitching ideas.
