Your responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop targeted content and bring creative ideas to showcase our brand and projects effectively.
• Intranet Management: Maintain, develop, and design content for the intranet platform, coordinating with stakeholders to create and optimize content.
• LinkedIn Management: Lead our LinkedIn presence, from content strategy to post creation and performance analysis, making our channel an attractive communication platform.
• Project Communication: Support projects through all communication phases, from planning to post-project review.
• Consultation and Support: Assist internal departments as a communication specialist and help them position their topics effectively.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track the performance of our communication measures and suggest improvements.
• Photo and Video Shoots: Plan and coordinate photo and video recordings.

What you bring

• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) or degree from a university of applied sciences (FH/HF)
• At least 2 years of experience in communication, marketing, media, or a related field
• Very good German language skills; French is a plus
• Creative, text-oriented, with a sense for target group-specific communication
• Proactive, organized, and a doer mentality
• Proficient in standard Office tools
