Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Director for the EUCAN region, based in Zurich, Switzerland, within the pharmaceutical sector. This role involves leading sales reporting, data management, forecasting, and supporting growth initiatives across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and support sales reporting for the Central and South-Eastern European (CSEE) countries and other EUCAN markets.
2. Manage data repositories and support their maintenance for the VBU Commercial team.
3. Coordinate EUCAN travel LOC engagements, including scheduling and meeting minutes.
4. Assist in forecasting processes like Mid-year review (MRP) and Long Range Forecasting (LRF).
5. Support key growth initiatives aligned with travel market needs.
6. Collaborate with VBU and EUCAN functional teams in medical, access, marketing, and supply functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in global commercial operations, preferably in pharma or vaccines.
• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in matrix and cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SharePoint.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
