What You'll Do:

1. Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules for our clients.
2. Lead project teams and drive process modernization.
3. Collaborate with colleagues on innovative projects and emerging technologies.
4. Share your expertise through mentoring, webinars, and blog posts.

1. Proven experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
2. Deep knowledge of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (certification preferred).
3. A strong desire to learn and a collaborative mindset.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Fluency in German and English.
6. Willingness to travel occasionally.
