Job Title: Spezialist/in Kundenmanagement

Our client, an internationally active organization in the economic environment based in Canton Zurich, is seeking to strengthen their customer management team with a service-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining international B2B customer relationships
  • Handling administrative tasks for meetings and events in specialist committees
  • Responding to inquiries in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Maintaining and managing the CRM database
  • Creating and sending communications and newsletters

Profile:

  • Completed commercial training and at least four years of administrative experience in the financial sector
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1), additional languages are an advantage
  • Interest in financial markets and economic and political contexts
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with CRM systems
  • Extremely precise and highly independent working style
