Position Details

Location: Ski-Manufaktur in Malters LU

Start: Immediate or by agreement

Role Overview

In this versatile role, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. You will ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of our production equipment, significantly contributing to the quality of our skis.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance on all production equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and infrastructure
• Install new machines and conduct regular maintenance and inspections
• Document maintenance, repairs, and faults using the SAMA maintenance program
• Continuously optimize and develop existing processes

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or similar qualification
• Experience in maintenance within a production environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours between 06:00 and 20:00
• Good German skills; English is a plus
• Proficient with PC applications
• Open to new challenges, resilient, and solution-oriented
• Quick learner with precise, structured, and reliable work habits
