Head of Product Operations Strategy

In short

You will play a key role in shaping how On develops and delivers new products. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for evolving the Go-To-Market process and ensuring that the necessary capabilities, technologies and ways of working are in place to support On’s long-term strategy. As a thought partner to the product organization leadership, you will design improvements that enhance efficiency, collaboration and business impact.

Your mission

1. Define and design the future state of the product organization processes, capabilities, technologies & ways of working
2. Develop a clear roadmap for implementing strategic improvements across the product organization.
3. Ensure cross-functional alignment by collaborating with innovation, product strategy, design, product development, sourcing, tech and other functions
4. Partner with senior leaders to co-create and drive the adoption of new frameworks and best practices.

Your story

1. Management consulting background (manager level) or a strategy business function
2. Experience in the consumer industry, ideally footwear/apparel
3. Proven track record of leading strategic projects at the C-Suite level.
4. Functional expertise in designing innovation / NPD (new product development) processes & capabilities
5. Strong ability to synthesize, structure & simplify complex problems.
6. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and align with senior leaders
7. Passion for understanding and advancing On’s vision and long-term business objectives.
8. Fluent in English spoken and written.
