We are opening a position for an SAP EWM Developer to support the development and stability of a business-critical warehouse management system for our client in Geneva. Due to the high degree of customization and strategic importance of this system, the role requires close engagement with both business and technical teams. On-site presence is expected to ensure strong coordination with all delivery streams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized development and maintenance support within the SAP EWM module, tailored to a highly customized and business-critical system.

  • Design and implement EWM solutions involving RF technologies, PPF, BADI, BAPI, User Exits, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and data interface mechanisms.

  • Develop using object-oriented ABAP principles to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

  • Analyze and resolve system issues using tools like the ABAP Debugger, performance logs, SQL trace, and version control utilities.

  • Handle messaging and integration scenarios, including Webservices, QRFC, PROXY, and EDI/IDOC.

  • Collaborate on the creation and validation of technical documentation, including test cases and review processes.

  • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA development with a focus on technologies such as AMDP, CDS views, and BOPF.

  • Ensure the stability and evolution of the EWM system in coordination with ERP and automation components.


  • At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP EWM development.

  • Proficiency in ABAP development with a focus on EWM-specific functionalities.

  • Experience with warehouse process automation and SAP RF technologies.

  • Strong analytical skills for root cause identification and system optimization.

  • Familiarity with integration architectures and interface protocols.

  • Solid knowledge of S/4HANA development practices and associated frameworks.

  • Fluent in English; French is considered beneficial.
