• As a Software Engineer at Zucchetti Switzerland SA, you will be responsible for developing new applications and products. You will design and code components to meet solution specifications, ensuring optimum efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
  
  

Workplace will be our office in Mendrisio (CH).

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, engineer, and integrate components
• Follow user experience guidelines
• Address known security vulnerabilities, applying security by design
• Shape documentation
• Provide advanced technical support for components
• Resolve issues before and after testing
• Align IT strategies and planning with business goals
• Streamline business processes, procedures, and workflows with a consistent approach
• Manage stakeholder engagement in developing new processes and systems, verifying feasibility
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate benefits

Anforderungsprofil

• BA in computer science or equivalent technical education
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of programming design principles and Microsoft or similar technology stacks
• Experience with code quality assurance and debugging
• Ability to define and interpret technical requirements
• Monitor technology trends
• Problem-solving skills with digital tools
• Ability to improve product quality and implement strategic decisions
• Strong analytical, communication, and team skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Desirable Skills

• Microsoft certifications
• Experience in API design and web services development (REST, C#/.NET)
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud technologies
