Junior Tester – Wealth Management/Investment Banking

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Tester to join our team, focusing on Wealth Management (WM), Investment Banking (IB), and Capital Markets testing projects. The successful candidate will support end-to-end testing processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications and systems within an agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in test design and scripting based on functional specifications and requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing activities.
• Perform defect management and reporting, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream application teams to ensure seamless testing processes.
• Contribute to data and platform conversion testing efforts.
• Prioritize and conduct end-to-end testing in line with release timelines.
• Support the preparation of test reports and dashboards using the Squash Test Management tool.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all testing requirements are met, providing regular status updates.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets testing projects.
• Knowledge of applications and workflows in the WM/IB domain, particularly in systems used by Credit Suisse (CS) or UBS.
• Hands-on experience with Squash Test Management Tool.
• Expertise in Business Acceptance Testing.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing principles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic SQL knowledge for querying Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to document test cases, processes, and post-release analysis effectively.
