Job Description:

Your Tasks:

1. Lead and support customer, optimisation and improvement projects in the relevant area.
2. Responsible for the introduction of new products into wafer production.
3. Create project plans and resource requirements.
4. Monitor and control project budget and resource allocation.
5. Perform risk assessments and develop measures to minimise risks.
6. Coordinate schedules with PPS, Sales, external suppliers, and process engineers.
7. Develop work and quality documents for new products in cooperation with other departments.

Your Profile:

1. Completed studies in the field of engineering (microtechnology, mechanical engineering, automation).
2. Proven experience in leading customer, optimisation and improvement projects.
3. Knowledge of wafer production and introduction of new products.
4. Strong skills in creating project plans and resource requirements.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills for schedule coordination with various stakeholders.
6. Good written and spoken English and German skills.
