Job Description

A global company is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new electronic Document Management System (eDMS) across multiple global manufacturing sites and user groups. This role involves coordinating with business functions and external partners to deliver the project on time, within budget, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex, multi-site eDMS rollout, managing timeline, budget, scope, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, including implementation partners and system providers.
• Manage all project phases: business process finalization, configuration, migration, integration, validation, and launch.
• Drive change management initiatives and end-user training.
• Monitor project risks, report progress, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and validation requirements using best practices in project management.
• Lead project meetings, workshops, and SteerCo sessions with structured follow-up.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of eDMS/eQMS systems, ideally with Veeva experience.
• Proven success delivering results on large-scale, multi-site projects.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Experience working in GMP-regulated environments and coordinating with global teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and standard PMO tools.
• Fluent in English; German is an asset.
