Software Engineer 80 - 100 % (w / m / d)

For our client, one of the leading manufacturers of intelligent ventilators based in Graubünden, we are looking for a software engineer for a permanent role.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Have master knowledge of R and D Software Development
• Bring experience and expertise to the own team and other teams
• Help / coach young and less experienced colleagues to solve problems
• Support PO for the definition of requirements
• Support Software Architects for the definition and extension of design / architecture
• Implement and optimize functionalities in a specific programming language
• Implement and optimize automatic tests to ensure quality
• Test codes on simulator and real instruments
• Perform code reviews according to the process
• Ensure documentation is according to processes
• Support Scrum Master / Project Lead / Team Lead to plan and organize activities and tasks of the team
• Provide 3rd level support, addressing software-related issues

Must Haves:

• Degree in engineering with in-depth knowledge of technical computer science and practical experience in software development in medical technology.
• Knowledge of C++ / UML and motivated to use and expand this knowledge.
• Fluent in German and English, as well as an independent and structured way of working and a flexible mindset with openness to interdisciplinary collaboration.
