Utilizing their bespoke AI and data analytics platform, they deliver optimal business process as a service (BPaaS) and achieve best-in-class results for both employers and employees.

Responsibilities of the SAP HCM Time Consultant:

1. Designing and conducting workshops
2. Scoping projects and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
3. Preparing functional and technical specifications
4. Providing training on solution implementation

Requirements for the SAP HCM Time Consultant:

• Excellent functional knowledge of Swiss time management regulations
• Proven experience in SAP HCM Time Management implementation
• Strong knowledge of the payroll process in SAP HCM
