Our Swiss Gi Life Science organization, with 25 specialized consultants, is a market leader in staffing for the Life Science industries in the French and German-speaking parts of Switzerland (Talent Centers in Geneva, Zurich, Basel).

We are expanding our Search & Selection and HR solutions to serve life science companies in the Italian-speaking parts of Switzerland, opening a new Talent Center in Mendrisio (Ticino).

To support the development of our Mendrisio Life Science Talent Center, we are looking for a:

SENIOR LIFE SCIENCE CONSULTANT

This consultant will report to the Director of Life Science Switzerland and will be supported by existing teams and managers at Mendrisio (Gi Group & Grafton) as well as our Life Science Talent Centers in Geneva, Basel, and Zurich.

The role involves actively developing the commercial presence of our Life Science division in the Ticino market, building contacts within Pharma, Biotech, Chemicals, Med Tech, and Cosmetics companies in the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Define needs with partners (HR and managers)
• Active sourcing in collaboration with our Gi Life Science Talent Centers in Zurich, Basel, Geneva, and Mendrisio teams (Grafton & Gi Group)
• Candidate selection and presentation
• Monitor recruitment process until position closure

Your Profile

• University degree (science background is a plus but not mandatory)
• Good knowledge of the Life Science sector in Ticino
• Experience in staffing industry (preferably in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland)
• Strong sales, customer service skills, and team spirit
• Fluent in Italian, good command of English is mandatory
