To support the growth of our Commercial Team, we are looking for a Junior Real Estate Sales Consultant—a dynamic and motivated individual eager to build a solid career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the senior team in managing sales activities
• Welcoming clients, conducting property viewings, and presenting projects
• Drafting and managing commercial documentation
• Handling follow-ups and assisting throughout the sales process
• Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and open house events
• Continuously monitoring market trends and competitors

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or within the real estate industry
• Genuine interest in real estate and commercial consultancy
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and proactive attitude
• Desire to grow professionally within a structured environment
• Fluent in Italian, with professional proficiency in English; German is considered a plus
