Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair large electrical appliances such as freezers/refrigerators, portable air conditioners, washing machines/dryers, dishwashers, and stoves/ovens.
• Prepare second-hand devices.
• Create cost estimates and order spare parts.
• Provide telephone support to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or professional experience in refrigeration technology, electrical engineering, mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
• Fluent German, French is an advantage.
• Manual dexterity and an independent work style.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Good MS Office skills; workshop tools and SAP knowledge are advantageous.
