Job Description

Join Our Growing Team of IT Experts

At KIDAN, we are actively seeking passionate and skilled IT Engineers to join our dynamic team of consultants. Whether you’re an experienced professional or an ambitious junior, this role offers the opportunity to work across various IT domains, with a special focus on endpoint management and security.

You’ll play a key role in designing, deploying, and supporting cutting-edge IT solutions for our clients. With us, you won’t just support IT, you’ll shape the future of IT management and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovative Client Solutions: Assess clients’ IT needs across various domains and craft tailored solutions based on our portfolio.


• Pre-Sales Support: Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations.


• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IT solutions to meet business and technical requirements in your area of expertise.


• Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth.


• Post-Sales Support: Provide consulting and operational support post-implementation.


• Technical Support: Offer pre- and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and resolving technical issues.


• Empower Clients: Educate and empower clients with the latest tools and best practices through engaging consulting and training sessions.

• Swiss residency


• Fluent in German and French or English


• 4+ years of IT Management and/or Security experience in one or more of the following domains:


• Identity & Access Management (IAM)


• Enterprise Service Management (ESM)


• Endpoint Management & Security (EMS)


• IT Operations Management & Infrastructure (ITOM)


• Security Information & Event Management (SIEM)


• Great understanding of IT management, networking, and cybersecurity


• Hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies
