Your Future Role

• Contribute to a systematic trading desk as a key engineer building and enhancing the quant technology stack
• Design and implement front-office systems supporting algorithmic trading, including data pipelines, risk systems, live and post-trade tools, and infrastructure components
• Collaborate with researchers and traders to deploy, support, and automate 24/7 trading strategies
• Integrate external data feeds and support real-time, event-driven workflows
• Lead greenfield development projects as well as improve and extend existing trading infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development and system architecture

Your Skillset

• Advanced experience with C++, with additional Python proficiency being a strong plus
• Proven track record of writing robust, scalable, high-performance code for production systems
• Familiarity with low-latency or real-time trading environments
• Deep understanding of building high-throughput end-to-end systems
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) is a plus
