For a modern and committed long-term care institution in Basel-Land, we are seeking an empathetic and assertive ward manager (80–100%) who actively shapes daily care with the team and takes responsibility with heart, structure, and foresight.

Responsibilities

1. Responsibility: Lead a nursing station both professionally and personnel-wise.
2. Active participation: Engage in daily care, serve as a role model.
3. Quality assurance: Maintain high care standards and documentation.
4. Team development: Coach, promote, and support colleagues.
5. Interface management: Represent the station internally and externally.

Qualifications

1. Education: Diploma in Nursing (HF).
2. Leadership experience: At least 2 years in management within healthcare.
3. Willingness for further training: Ready for or completed leadership development.
4. Personality: Empathetic, motivating, responsible.
5. Skills: Experience with RAI is advantageous; proficient in MS Office and nursing tools.
