The opportunity

As part of our Risk Consulting Team, you will advise companies across various industries outside the financial services sector on maintaining trust and seizing opportunities in an ever-changing world. We support clients in areas such as Enterprise Resilience, Digital Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Operational Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

1. Enterprise Resilience: Support clients in assessing resilience across strategic, financial, value chain, information and technology, talent, and physical assets. Assist in designing and implementing Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs to create value through risk-informed decision-making.
2. Digital Risk Management: Help clients manage technology risks, including Trusted AI, Ethical Use of Technology, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology implementations, and large technology transformation risks.
3. ESG Risk Management: Assist in assessing clients' ESG risk management programs against regulatory requirements and help design integrated, centralized ESG risk governance frameworks.
4. Internal Audit: Support the establishment or transformation of Internal Audit functions, perform audits in various operational areas, review process and control effectiveness, identify compliance gaps, and report improvements to senior management. Opportunities for international travel are available.
5. Internal Controls: Assist clients in designing and implementing Internal Control Systems (ICS) to manage financial risks, including testing controls against standards like Sarbanes-Oxley and J-SOX.
6. Operational Risk Management: Support clients in managing operational risks related to ESG, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Supply Chain Risk Management, and Program Risk Management (PRM).

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Resilience, Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Supply Chain Risk, TPRM, Digital & AI Risk, ESG Risk, Internal Audit, or Internal Controls. Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with GRC technology platforms such as SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort handling large datasets.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working in an international, collaborative environment.
• Curiosity about new technologies and digitalization.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within Europe and globally.
• Proficiency in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus.
