Our Enterprise Transformation team in Switzerland is looking a Consultant in Workforce & Transformation to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneva).

Get the future you want

• Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR
• Conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations
• Supporting and implementing organizational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organization
• Planning and management of training measures
• Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social sciences or Information Technology
• Industry knowledge: Demonstrated experience in workforce and transformation initiatives, with at least one year of professional experience — including internships — within the industry or in roles supporting workforce transformation efforts.
• Consulting experience: profound expertise in consulting and project management.
• Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German or French skills are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
• Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
• Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
• Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Zurich or Geneva), and from home.
