SAP Solutions Architect - CS/SD (ENG)

Location: Wil - hybrid

Workload: 80-100%

What you'll do:

As a key member global SAP team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality solution designs for strategic initiatives:

• Translate complex business needs into robust, scalable solution concepts and system specifications.
• Drive requirements engineering and ensure end-to-end alignment across all technical and functional aspects.
• Coordinate development efforts across internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality through testing and validation.
• Independently customize SAP ERP modules, focusing on Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation to support system configurations and processes.
• Contribute to the success of global rollout projects by implementing standardized processes and conducting user training sessions.
• Serve as a third-level support expert, helping global users troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance.

What you bring:

• A bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, software engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, with a strong ability to deliver architectural assets across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a similar architecture or functional consulting role.
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP ERP SD and deep expertise in SAP Customer Service Management.
• Proficiency in debugging and programming within the SAP environment
