Responsibilities

• Provide goal-oriented initial and brief advice to private clients in core areas such as accounts, savings, pension accounts, investments, and financing.
• Identify, address, and refer customer potentials across all core areas, including cross-selling and appointment setting.
• Actively approach customers within the scope of market development, leveraging sales opportunities from campaigns.
• Perform various administrative and support tasks.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in banking or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in private client advisory within a bank.
• Practical experience in sales-oriented consulting.
• Knowledge in accounts, savings, investments, bonds, and private loans.
• Basic understanding of pensions, mortgages, and investments.
• Structured and networked approach to client questions.
• Fluent in German (negotiation skills).
