We are looking for an experienced specialist to work for one of our client from the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a reliable automation framework for automated regression testing focused on end-to-end workflows.
• Define comprehensive test cases and prepare corresponding test data, ensuring coverage of critical business scenarios.
• Optimize and evolve test infrastructure using cost-effective, open-source tools, with an emphasis on scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between test coverage and business requirements.
• Continuously improve test strategy and execution efficiency across the CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in test automation best practices and tool adoption.

SKILLS

Must have

• Proficiency in Java-based test automation frameworks, with strong experience in tools such as Karate and Selenium.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end testing strategies, regression testing, and data-driven testing approaches.
• Ability to design robust and reusable automation architectures without relying on expensive or proprietary software.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into software delivery workflows.
• Working knowledge of Python is a plus, especially for teams supporting mixed technology stacks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and collaborative approach to QA leadership.
