SAP EWM/LE Specialist Inhouse Consultant (d/f/m) – S/4HANA Transformation

Join a company undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation journey where digitalization and innovation are reshaping the way the business operates and succeeds. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic internal SAP team based in the Lake Constance region (Kreuzlingen, Switzerland), driving intelligent logistics processes as the business moves toward becoming a data-driven, platform-oriented organization.

We're currently looking for an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant specializing in SAP EWM/LE to support and help shape this long-term transformation project.

Your Role:

As an internal consultant, you’ll act as a key business partner for Sales and Logistics Execution, contributing to both the design and implementation of SAP-based process optimizations. Your work will play a central role in ensuring efficient, future-ready logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize logistics processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Configure and implement solutions in SAP EWM / WM, including integration with SAP TM
• Collaborate closely with logistics stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
• Design and execute software testing processes with comprehensive documentation
• Plan and conduct training sessions for key users, offering ongoing support where required
• Contribute to shaping IT concepts aligned with operational logistics needs

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM / LE consultant
• Experience with SAP TM
• Strong background in logistics process integration and SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Fluent in both German (C1) and English
• A structured, proactive approach to work with high levels of ownership
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a drive for innovation
