Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field :

Position : Legal Counsel

Sector : Pharma

Start Date : May 2025

Duration : 8 months

Salary : CHF 140’000+

Tasks

• Provide expert legal advice and support with M&A deals and complex contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including but not limited to sales contracts, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and service contracts.
• Identify and manage potential risks and claims.
• Subject matter expert on global product divestments, especially in the area of GMSGQ (Global Manufacturing, Supply & Global Quality Legal).

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer; Bar admission is a plus.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
• 5 years PQE in the pharma industry.
• Strong background in M&A; expertise in commercial and corporate law.
