Key Responsibilities:

Manage key account:

  1. Sustain and nurture solid relationship with key clients through effective communication and problem solving.
  2. Identify customer’s business needs; provide solutions with PharmaBlock’s products, technology platform, and services.
  3. Negotiate and prepare sales contracts; manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
  4. Assist project manager to monitor ongoing projects:
    1. Lead project initiation and planning efforts. Participate in the implementation and execution of a given project. Facilitate weekly project meetings if needed.
    2. Closely monitor project progress. Ensure that project deliverables are client-focused, results-oriented, performance-driven, and in compliance with quality requirements.
  5. Collect feedback to improve performance of PharmaBlock team, in order to build better trust relationships with customers and grow business.
  6. Provide support to business development by joining customer visits, conferences, or tradeshows.

Qualifications:

  1. Masters (MS) or PhD in chemistry.
  2. A minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO industry experience, preferably in API process R&D and manufacturing and/or Drug Product R&D and manufacturing.
  3. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
  4. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  5. Prior experience in project management or managing external research collaborations, with PMP certification desired.
  6. Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and highly flexible in this home-based position with 10-20% travel.
